Publius, Inc. will serve as your company's registered agent for $150.00 per year. This price includes the filing of your company's annual report, the yearly report you must file with the Secretary of State's office to maintain an active business entity in Louisiana and Washington.

How Does It Work?
Whenever your company receives legal services of process or a state notification, our office will immediately transmit the document to you. Documents are transmitted via fax, email and/or regular us mail. Documents can be fed ex'd to your company for an additional fee.
